Dryvit retired yesterday, due to migraines that he said got worse when he was on the computer. He left Saint in charge, but not alone. He made Dr Nono Jr co-leader. He said that he would still be around on chat and maybe make it to a few events, but he couldn’t lead and not make it to most of the events. This pleases a lot of RPF and Alliance members. For quite a few people involved, Dry was a main reason they were displeased with ACP. RPF has decided to see how Nono and Saint lead together, before planning anything further.
Will Dryvit’s absence change anything? Will it be enough for the Alliance?
The IW site was taken over by Godplayer today. Davon and Dan have been chosen to lead, while Iceyfeet is not ready to let go. He created http://theicewarriorsarmy.wordpress.com. Ironically, just yesterday he said they would be using that site if the IW was ever hacked. Could this be a publicity stunt? Many believe that the hacking of a week or two ago was a publicity stunt, and is it just coincidental that Icey told everyone about the back-up site a day before the take-over? There is no doubt that a Civil War is brewing.
